Overview
A multi-client CMMS and compliance system for independent biomedical service organizations running 3–30 field technicians. Client hospital → building → department → device, so a survey binder scopes to one client without a filter dance. A recurrence engine issues PM, calibration, and electrical-safety work orders on their own intervals; digital checklists capture technician readings in the field and lock on signature; and the client-ready audit binder assembles itself in one click from records already in the system. Built US-first around Joint Commission EM standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, and the AEM pathway — and it deliberately holds no PHI and integrates with no EHR.
The problem
No single system ties a work order to a compliance-ready document trail across multiple client hospitals, so survey prep means pulling PM sheets, calibration certificates, and electrical-safety results out of folders, inboxes, and three spreadsheets and reformatting them into something a surveyor will accept.
