Overview
Shop-floor execution and costing for 5–50 employee job shops. Define a routing once — ordered operations, work centers, standard times per part number — then generate the traveler from it, on paper with a barcode or on a screen at the machine. Operators tap in and out per operation from a shared kiosk or their phone, and WIP, actual-vs-quoted labor and burden-rate job costing update as they go. Because every traveler comes from a defined routing, every operation clocked has a standard time to compare against; that is what makes actual-vs-quoted possible at all.
